For further flung customers, much of our work can either be provided via email or by working with other professionals based closer to you. Either way, we'll do our best to help or point you in the right direction.

By combining my 20+ years experience in Sales, Marketing and Interior Design with a deep understanding of the foodservice industry and the challenges facing caterers and small business owners.
I mostly work alone, yet have a diverse network of professionals to support when larger projects or extended services would be of help. In such cases, I'll put together a team of experts to suit your needs exactly. I'm obsessive about honesty, so if I suspect I'm not the perfect fit for you, I'll help find you the person or business that is.

This will naturally depend on what you need. If that can be quickly agreed, then I'll give you an itemised quote to clearly show the cost for each element (1000 x flyers, 5 page website, new logo design and outdoor signage, or such like).
If you need a higher level of support to develop a longer-term strategy, (such as to launch your business, redefine your audience, generate footfall and review your menu profits etc), I'll propose a 3-step approach based upon:
1. A free consultation so that I can understand your needs and challenges, and you can get to know me.
2. A quote for your bespoke profit-boosting plan, including proposed next steps and supportive ideas.
I offer unlimited revisions to this plan at no additional charge.
You can then progress this plan alone, with BrandLanterns or anyone else.
Why do I charge for this? Firstly, to cover my time creating a well-considered plan that is unique to your needs, and one that will give you peace-of mind that there's now a plan with clear goals and a structure for action.
Secondly, because I've found that investing just a little at this stage means that customers feel more revved up and committed to the plan, so then get to enjoy the results sooner. Rest assured we're not talking big bucks here, it's about a good working principle.
3. I will then provide fixed-prices for the steps or ideas you would like BrandLanterns to run with.
There's no tie-in, it's all pay-as-you-go and we can progress through the plan at your own pace.
